How It Works

1.   Get a Quote

We’ll give you a guaranteed price for the final cost to ship your vehicle, assuming it’s ready to ship within the next week. Further out the price may fluctuate.

Give us some additional details about your transport job and a credit card to keep on file. We don’t charge a dime until we provide you with the Carriers name and a one or two day pickup window.

2.   Book with Us

It is important to mark any damage that happens during transport on the “Bill of Lading” at delivery. If you do not discover the damage until after the trucker drops off the vehicle and leaves, it may still be possible to file a claim.

While insurance covers most visible damage, there are some things that any policy (including your own car insurance) typically do not cover. These include but are not limited to: small rock chips from road debris, damage from weather such as hail nor mechanical damage which is unlikely to have been the result of transportation.

3.   We'll Find the Best Carrier for Your Job

The vast majority of the time our quoted rate will be the actual price to ship your vehicle in a timely fashion. About 10% of the time the final price will be lower than quoted and about 10% of the time it will be higher. We’ll always call to get your approval before increasing the final price.

We will call you to tell you the final price and give you a one or two day pickup window. We will then charge our Broker Fee which is still refundable in the event you were to cancel before the trucker arrives for Pickup.

4.   Pickup and Deliver

The truck driver will call the day before pickup and delivery to schedule a time. At both pickup and delivery the trucker will get as close as possible to the pickup and delivery address although depending on narrow roads or low hanging trees the pickup contact might have to meet the trucker at a nearby business. At both pickup and delivery someone at least 18 years old needs to be there to inspect the vehicle and sign what is called a “Bill of Lading” which is a record of the current condition of the vehicle.
